  • Good service is one thing -but we need to save money too

No problem, unlike most high street travel agents, we deal direct with our major suppliers and, in the case of many of our airline partners are a 'consolidator' (wholesaler) Indeed we sell many of our products to other travel agents. If you travel regularly to the same destination overseas, we may be able to implement a 'route deal' on your behalf (a specially negotiated fare to a particular point), or if you prefer to use a specific hotel group, we can often negotiate preferential rates. Don't forget too that the most obvious routing for a particular journey may not always be the cheapest. Our reservations team are trained to make use of the best of both standard and 'special' fares to construct itineraries which offer the best value and maximum convenience.

  • But I like to 'shop around' to make sure I'm getting a good deal

  • We need more than just air travel and hotels-what about other services?

We offer a complete business travel service. As well as air travel and hotel reservations, we issue rail tickets in-house, and have contracted rates with the World's leading car hire suppliers and ferry companies. We also have English speaking representation in most major cities World-wide and provide a full passport, Visa and Consular service.

  • I'd like to open a credit account to pay for my travel, can this be arranged?

Of course! -If you are a regular business traveller, we'd be delighted to open an account for you. Our procedure is simple and informal, and subject only to normal credit checks and a minimum monthly spend. Our terms of business are flexible-we can often tailor payment terms to suit your needs -please ask us for further information or complete our on-line form.

  • We travel regularly and already have a travel policy in place -How will I know that our policies are being adhered to?

You can take advantage of our comprehensive management reporting system which can be configured to your requirements. By providing you with regular reports you can check total travel spend and savings, passenger-by-passenger and carrier information. We also maintain 'profiles' for regular travellers ensuring that personal preferences and passenger specific information is adhered to for every booking.
